Summer Solstice Sunrise -June 21

Join us at sunrise on the longest day of the year.

Gather with your community at Stevenson Park in Friendswood, TX for a sacred outdoor experience led by Nina, Sandra & Camille. We will move through Sun Salutations, set intentions at the peak of solar power, and close with an immersive sound bath to integrate everything you’ve moved through.

What to bring:

  • Your yoga mat

 • A full water bottle

 • A light layer for the early morning air

 • An open heart

 What to expect:

 • Guided Sun Salutations for all levels

 • 108 rounds honored as a community — move at your own pace

 • Rest in Child’s Pose whenever your body asks

 • A closing sound bath to receive and restore
