Under the Harvest Moon โ€” Sound & Ground Yoga

National Yoga Month ยท Sound & Ground Yoga

Under the
Harvest Moon

Every September, the yoga community pauses to celebrate National Yoga Month โ€” and we're marking it with an afternoon yoga flow that settles into a closing sound bath, held indoors at Hometown Heroes Park. Four teachers, one circle, gathered to celebrate the month together.

September 13th also happens to be Positive Thinking Day โ€” which feels like the perfect note to open this practice on.
