National Yoga Month ยท Sound & Ground Yoga
Under the
Harvest Moon
Every September, the yoga community pauses to celebrate National Yoga Month โ and we're marking it with an afternoon yoga flow that settles into a closing sound bath, held indoors at Hometown Heroes Park. Four teachers, one circle, gathered to celebrate the month together.
September 13th also happens to be Positive Thinking Day โ which feels like the perfect note to open this practice on.

Opening Flow โ Sandra
A gentle opening flow to arrive in the body and settle the breath.
Grounding Flow โ Judy
The heart of the practice, deepening into a grounding, accessible flow.
Closing Flow โ Camille
A gentle wind-down to close the yoga portion and prepare the body for stillness.
Sound Bath โ Nina
A guided closing sound bath to slow the breath and quiet the mind.

A few quiet minutes together before we part ways under the harvest moon.
