Teen Reset Tuning Session

Academic pressure, social anxiety, digital overwhelm, the constant hum of not being enough β today's teens are navigating a level of stress that most adults couldn't handle either. And they often don't have the words, the tools, or the space to release it.
This session creates exactly that β a safe, completely judgment-free space where sound does the work that words can't always do. No performance. No pressure. Just 45 minutes of gentle, grounding frequency work designed for a young nervous system that needs to rest.
Parents consistently tell us it's one of the best things they've done for their teen. Teens who were nervous say they want to come back.

Parent or guardian consent required for all clients under 18. Parent/guardian must remain available by phone during session.
After checkout, you'll pick your time and complete your intake form. This helps me better understand your teen's needs and frame our session around exactly where they are right now.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, and no-shows, forfeit the session payment. Each booking may be rescheduled once.
