Postpartum Relief uses gentle sound frequencies to support your body's natural recovery, ease physical tension held from birth and recovery, and quiet a nervous system that has been running on high alert.

— You remain fully clothed throughout — no discomfort, no pressure
— The session honors wherever you are emotionally — tears, stillness, or deep sleep are all welcome
— After booking you'll be taken to a short intake form — fill it out when you have a quiet moment
— Session held at our private studio in Webster, TX

OB or midwife clearance recommended before your first session.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, and no-shows, forfeit the session payment. Each booking may be rescheduled once.
